恩镰孢菌素 B

Enniatin B 是一种镰刀菌毒素。在大鼠肝微粒体酶实验中，Enniatin B 抑制酰基辅酶 A：胆固醇酰基转移酶 (ACAT) 活性，IC₅₀为 113 μM。Enniatins B 可降低ERK(p44/p42) 活化。

生物活性

Enniatin B is aFusariummycotoxin. Enniatin B inhibits acyl-CoA: cholesterolacyltransferase(ACAT) activity with anIC₅₀of 113 μM in an enzyme assay using rat liver microsomes^[1]. Enniatins B decreases the activation ofERK(p44/p42)^[2].
