恩镰孢菌素 A1

Enniatin A1 是从镰刀菌霉菌毒素 (Fusarium) 中分离出来的，由交替的 D-α-羟基异戊酸和 N-甲基-L-氨基酸组成的环状十六肽。 Enniatin A1 通过诱导细胞凋亡和破坏ERK信号通路而具有抗癌特性。Enniatin A1 在大鼠肝微粒体中抑制ACAT的IC₅₀为 49 μM。

生物活性

Enniatin A1 isolated fromFusariummycotoxins is a cyclic hexadepsipeptide consisting of alternating D-α-hydroxyisovaleric acids and N-methyl-L-amino acids. Enniatin A1 possesses anticarcinogenic properties by induction ofapoptosisand disruption ofERKsignalling pathway. Enniatin A1 inhibitsACATwith anIC₅₀of 49 μM in rat liver microsomes^[1].
