Antioxidant agent-5 (compound D-6) 是一种有效的抗氧化剂。Antioxidant agent-5 可抑制 oxLDL (氧化型低密度脂蛋白)诱导的 VECs 细胞凋亡 (apoptosis) 及ICAM-1和VCAM-1的表达。Antioxidant agent-5 可抑制 oxLDL 诱导的ROS水平升高和NF-κB核转位。Antioxidant agent-5 通过激活Nrf2/HO-1抗氧化通路对 oxLDL 诱导的内皮损伤起保护作用。

生物活性	Antioxidant agent-5 (compound D-6) is a potentantioxidantagent. Antioxidant agent-5 can inhibit oxLDL (oxidized low-density lipoprotein)-inducedapoptosisand the expression ofICAM-1andVCAM-1in VECs. Antioxidant agent-5 suppresses oxLDL-induced increase ofROSlevel and nuclear translocation ofNF-κB. Antioxidant agent-5 protects against oxLDL-induced endothelial injury by activatingNrf2/HO-1anti-oxidation pathway^[1].
