(In Vitro)

PI3K-IN-37 (0.005-10 μM; 30 min) treatment inhibits PKB Ser473 phosphorylation in Rat1 cells^[1].
PI3K-IN-37 (0.005-1 μM; 60 min) treatment inhibits S6 Ribosomal Protein phosphorylation Ser235/236 in TSC1 nult MEF cells^[1].

Incubation Time:	30 min
Result:	Inhibited Pl3-kinase isoforms alpha, beta or delta phosphorylation with the IC₅₀s of<5 nM, 8 nM, and 18 nM, respectively.
