CC -!- FUNCTION: Participates in the host transcription shutoff by causing
CC premature termination of transcription from host DNA. Acts as a site-
CC specific termination factor that abolishes transcript elongation on
CC cytosine-containing DNA but not on the 5-hydroxymethyl cytosine present
CC in the viral DNA. Therefore inhibits as well transcription from other
