CC -!- FUNCTION: With LigD forms a non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) DNA
CC repair enzyme, which repairs dsDNA breaks with reduced fidelity.
CC Stimulates rNTP addition to DSB and end joining (ligation) of linear
CC DNA by LigD, on 3'-overhangs and probably also 5'-overhangs and blunt
CC dsDNA breaks. Binds both ends of linear dsDNA protecting it from

CC -!- SUBUNIT: Homodimer, may form higher-order multimers on DNA. Non-
