CC gluconeogenesis from lactate, and in nitrogen metabolism (By
CC similarity). Maintains mitochondrial fusion and fission events, and the
CC organization and morphology of cristae (By similarity). Involved in the
CC regulation of apoptosis (By similarity). Helps protect from cytotoxic-
CC induced apoptosis by modulating glutathione levels in mitochondria (By
