CC       protein N-glycosylation. N-glycosylation occurs cotranslationally and
CC       the complex associates with the Sec61 complex at the channel-forming
CC       translocon complex that mediates protein translocation across the
CC       endoplasmic reticulum (ER). All subunits are required for a maximal
