CC   -!- FUNCTION: Suppressor of RNA-mediated gene silencing, also known as
CC       post-transcriptional gene silencing (PTGS), a mechanism of plant viral
CC       defense that limits the accumulation of viral RNAs (PubMed:24450775,
CC       PubMed:30791535). The P0 protein suppresses local PTGS using its F-box-
CC       like domain to mediate destabilization and degradation of the AGO1
CC       protein, although not via an interaction with host SKP1A
CC       (PubMed:24450775). Participates, together with the proteins P1 and P7,
CC       in the inhibition of the induction of aphid-induced host phytohormones
CC       (PubMed:31758809). This could play a role in the attraction to the
CC       infected plants by aphids (PubMed:31758809).
