CC   -!- FUNCTION: Sigma factors are initiation factors that promote the
CC       attachment of RNA polymerase to specific initiation sites and are then
CC       released. Plays a role in the regulation of many virulence factors,
CC       motility, quorum sensing, mucoidy, a general mechanism for maintaining
CC       lytic phage in populations of bacteria, and biofilm formation.
CC       Positively controls the T6 secretion system by directly binding to the
CC       promoter regions of hcpA and hcpB, leading to their expression (By
CC       similarity). Thereby, allows to colonize several hosts efficiently
