CC -!- FUNCTION: Appears to be a negative regulator of type-1 angiotensin II
CC receptor-mediated signaling by regulating receptor internalization as
CC well as mechanism of receptor desensitization such as phosphorylation.
CC May play a role of negative regulator in cardiomyocyte hypertrophy
CC induced by angiotensin II through an inhibition of p38 mitogen-
CC activated protein kinase pathway. Attenuates type-1 angiotensin II
CC receptor growth promoting effect and angiotensin II-induced
