CC -!- FUNCTION: A P subtype restriction enzyme that recognizes the double-
CC stranded sequence 5'-RGCY-3' and cleaves after G-2. In the presence of
CC ATP, there is a relaxation of its specificity and it can cleave 5'-
CC RGCN-3' and 5'-YGCY-3', but not 5'-YGCR-3' (R.CviJI* activity).

CC suggesting Met-1 is the correct initiator when grown in Chlorella
