CC       with the onset of node and streak regression (stage 5), the expression
CC       in the lateral mesoderm extends to the anterior limit of the mesodermal
CC       cell layer. After gastrulation, continuously expressed in the heart-
CC       forming region and also detected in other regions such as the
CC       allantois, optic vesicle, hindbrain and ventral neural tube.
