CC upper lens-shaped cell that gives rise to the QC, but not in the lower
CC daughter cell that gives rise to the central root cap. Subsequently, in
CC heart stage and bent cotyledon stage embryos, it is detected in the
CC four cells of the QC, which are the direct descendants of the lens-
CC shaped cell. Also expressed in patches of cells that appeared
CC associated with the vascular primordium of the cotyledons. This
CC expression is strongest in late heart stage embryos and then gradually
