CC (mitosis) transition. G2/M cyclins accumulate steadily during G2 and
CC are abruptly destroyed at mitosis.

CC serine/threonine kinase holoenzyme complex. The cyclin subunit imparts
CC substrate specificity to the complex.

CC destroyed at mitosis.
