CC expression of deoCABD genes, which encode nucleotide and deoxy
CC ribonucleotide catabolizing enzymes. It also negatively regulates the
CC expression of nupG (a transport protein) and tsx (a pore-forming
CC protein). The inducer is deoxyribose-5-phosphate.
